This product achieves gear surface protection through a stable lubricating film and surface protection mechanism:

  • Forms a stable EHL (Elastohydrodynamic Film) lubricating film in the rolling-sliding contact area
  • Reduces the probability of direct contact with micro-roughness peaks
  • Reduces local contact stress concentration
  • Delays the formation and propagation of microcracks

 

Extreme Pressure Anti-Wear System

  • Employs a sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additive system (Sulfur-Phosphorus EP System)
